Shipping policy

JJ Jewelry ships every order via insured FedEx 2-Day delivery, 
complimentary on all U.S. orders. International shipping is 
available on most pieces by request.

LEAD TIME
In-stock pieces leave our Miami showroom within 1 to 2 business 
days. Made-to-order and custom pieces ship in 4 to 6 weeks from 
order confirmation. Your client advisor will confirm the timeline 
before any production begins.

INSURED IN TRANSIT
Every JJ shipment is fully insured. If anything happens between 
our showroom and your door, we handle the claim and replacement 
directly with FedEx.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED
All fine jewelry shipments require a direct adult signature on 
delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship most pieces worldwide. Some items are restricted by 
destination, value, or material. Email shop@jjjewelryshop.com 
for a quote on shipping and duties to your country. Recipients 
are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and import fees.

RETURNED PACKAGES
If FedEx returns a package after multiple failed delivery 
attempts, we contact you to arrange reshipment. A flat 
reshipping fee starting at $25 applies and is billed before 
the second shipment.
