Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping (United States)

• Rate: Complimentary insured FedEx 2-day shipping on every order, regardless of value.
• Lead time: In-stock pieces leave our Miami showroom within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces ship in 4 to 6 weeks.
• Insurance: Every package is fully insured in transit at no extra cost. If anything happens between us and your door, we handle the claim and replacement.
• Signature: All fine jewelry shipments require a direct adult signature on delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Tracking: You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package leaves the showroom.

International shipping

• Availability: We ship most pieces internationally. Some items are restricted by destination, value, or material.
• How to request: Email shop@jjjewelryshop.com with the style name and shipping country. We confirm availability and send a quote on shipping and duties.
• Import fees: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and import fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
• Refused shipments: If you refuse delivery, the recipient is responsible for the original shipping, any import fees incurred, and return shipping. These amounts are deducted from any applicable store credit.
• Lead time: Add 5 to 10 business days to domestic lead times, depending on customs and destination.

Lead times explained

• In-stock pieces: 1 to 2 business days to leave the showroom, plus 2 days FedEx transit. Total: 3 to 4 business days door-to-door in the U.S.
• Made-to-order pieces: 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, plus 2 days FedEx. Your client advisor confirms the timeline before production begins.
• Custom and personalized pieces: 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. Engraving adds 5 to 7 business days.
• Rush orders: Some styles can be expedited. Email shop@jjjewelryshop.com with the style name and your needed-by date. Rush and overnight charges may apply.

If FedEx returns your package

FedEx attempts delivery three times. If all three attempts fail, the package returns to our Miami showroom. When that happens:

• We contact you to confirm the address and arrange reshipment.
• A flat reshipping fee starting at $25 applies and is billed before the second shipment.
• If we cannot reach you within 30 days, we issue store credit for the order amount minus original and return shipping costs.

Sales tax

Sales tax applies to orders shipped to states where JJ Jewelry is required to collect and remit tax. Tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Tax requirements may change over time due to state nexus thresholds.
