If you're looking to expedite your order, we’re here to help. While some of our styles can be rushed, others may require a bit more time. To place a rush order:
Please email us at shop@princessmiamijewelry.com with the style name, any custom details, and the date by which you need your jewelry.
If you've already placed your order, be sure to include your order number in your email (you can find this in your confirmation email).
We'll promptly inform you if rush processing and overnight shipping are available for your selected style. Please note that additional charges will apply for rush orders and overnight shipping.
- At Princess Jewelry Shop, we are pleased to offer free FedEx 2Day shipping on all domestic orders, regardless of the purchase amount. This ensures your jewelry arrives quickly and securely. To further protect your valuable items, all orders are fully insured.
- Please note that all jewelry shipments require a direct signature upon delivery, and we do not ship to PO Boxes. If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, the original purchaser will be contacted and will be responsible for reshipping fees, which start at $25.
- If your item is in stock, it will ship immediately. For orders containing multiple items, we will ship them together as one package unless you request otherwise via email.
- Princess Jewelry Shop is pleased to offer international shipping on most of our items. If you find that a specific item is not available for international shipping, please email us at shop@princessjewelryshop.com with the style name, and we will do our best to accommodate your purchase.
- Please be aware that items shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is considered the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
- If you choose to refuse a shipment from Princess Jewelry Shop, please note that you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Princess Jewelry Shop. These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in states where our business is required to collect and remit tax. Please note that these requirements and thresholds may change over time due to factors beyond our control.
- You can apply discounts to your order during checkout using any Discount Code provided to you. Please note that discounts are only valid on specific items and for a limited time period.
- We are unable to retroactively apply a Discount Code to orders placed before the code became valid. However, if you forget to enter a Discount Code, we can add it to your order if you contact us on the same day of purchase. Please note that Discount Codes cannot be combined, and they do not apply to Gift Cards.
At Princess Jewelry Shop, we understand that your fine jewelry is delicate and deserves special care to ensure it lasts a lifetime. To help you maintain the beauty and longevity of your pieces, please follow these care instructions:
- Avoid Daily Exposure: Remove your jewelry before engaging in daily activities such as showering, applying lotion or perfume, exercising, or washing dishes. These activities can cause wear and tear on your jewelry.
- Safe Storage: Before bedtime, lay your jewelry flat on a soft fabric surface to prevent tangling or scratching. For necklaces, always clasp the chain when removing it to avoid tangling or knots.
- Tarnish Removal: To keep your silver or plated jewelry looking its best, we recommend using an anti-tarnish silver polish, which can be found at most supermarkets or drugstores. Effective brands include Tarn-X and Hagerty. Always follow the instructions on the bottle and wear gloves when handling silver polish.
- Diamond Cleaning: To clean your diamond jewelry, gently scrub the metal and diamonds using a soft toothbrush and dish soap. This method helps to restore the shine and brilliance of your diamonds.
By following these care instructions, you can ensure that your Princess Jewelry remains as beautiful as the day you received it.
Returns and Exchanges
- We offer exchanges or store credits within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds.
- All returns and exchanges need approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on our website or in our Miami showroom only.
- Items for exchange will be examined before being accepted. Products showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
- Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Princess Jelwery Shop box.
- Store credits may be used towards purchases on our website or in our Miami showroom.
- To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to guarantee each package is adequately insured for its value.
- If your made-to-order item is still in production and you have not yet received it, we are happy to cancel the order and provide a store credit.
- Due to the variations in size, all rings ordered online are considered special orders and are subject to a 35% restocking fee if an exchange is requested or if you ask to cancel a ring that is in production.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of custom and personalized products (including alterations and engravings). These sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Any variation in size, color, or customization not available for "as-is" purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
Princess Jewelry Shop reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

Exchange / Return process:
To ensure that we can properly process your exchange/ return, please follow this checklist:
- Place your jewelry inside its original packaging and use the proper shipping rigid box.
- Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
- For your safety, bring your jewelry already packaged to a UPS or FedEx, depending on the label provided.
- For domestic exchanges, you will be charged shipping on your new order if it is under $500.
Repair & Resizing
- At Princess Jewelry Shop, we understand that jewelry is delicate by nature. We are pleased to offer complimentary repairs for items purchased on princessjewelryshop.com within the first 120 days of receipt. For repairs needed after 120 days, or repairs required due to misuse, repair and shipping fees will apply, with pricing typically starting at $30 plus shipping costs.
- For repairs requiring international shipping, two-way shipping charges will be applied.
- Many of our rings can be resized, with pricing starting at $60, depending on the style. Please note that the cost of resizing and shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We strongly advise against having our jewelry repaired by any other jeweler, as this will void any and all warranties on the piece. Princess Jewelry Shop cannot accept responsibility for items that have been worked on by another jeweler.

Warranty
